Your blog brought tears to my eyes as I remembered leaving on an adventure in a similar way… more than 20 years ago. I left my hometown of Nashville, TN and have yet to return for more than a short visit.

Additionally, I am inspired to think about adventures that I would like to have in the future and figure out how to make them happen.
